  • The balance must be settled 7 days before trip

  • Less than 14 days : No refund
  • 15 – 60 days before trip : 50% refund of deposit
  • 2-4 months before trip : 75% refund of deposit
  • Emergency/force major/not resolved due to natural conditions, riots, and other bad weather, the itinerary can be change for passenger safety
